The Uttar Pradesh government has launched the official website – Bhulekh, aimed at providing convenient access to online land records, khasra, khatauni, and more. This initiative eliminates the need for citizens to visit CSC centers for B-1 land records, khasra, khatauni, etc. Now, you can effortlessly retrieve land records and related information directly from your mobile phone, from the comfort of your home.

Process To View Copy Of UP Bhulekh Khasra Khatauni Online
- To start, go to the official website at https://upbhulekh.gov.in/.
- Next, click on the “View copy of Khatauni (13 Columns)” option.
- You will then need to enter a captcha for verification.
- After choosing the district, tehsil, and village, proceed to search for the account holder’s name using one of four methods provided: Search by Khasra / Gata number, Bhulekh account number, account holder’s name, or transfer date.
- Choose any of the methods and then click on the “View Extract” tab. This will display your Khasra Khatauni copy and online account details through Bhulekh Uttar Pradesh.

- To find the code for Revenue Village Khatauni, first visit the official website of the Revenue Department at https://vaad.up.nic.in/.
- Next, click on the link labeled “Revenue Village Khatauni Code” on the homepage.

Process To Get Copy Of Khatauni From E-sathi Portal:
To view Khatauni on the e-Sathi UP portal, follow these steps:
- First, visit the official e-Sathi portal at https://esathi.up.gov.in.
- Once on the homepage, proceed to register yourself if you haven’t already done so.
- If you are already registered on this portal, you can log in by entering your user ID and password.
- After logging in, a new page will open where you can select the “Copy of Khatauni” option under the “Revenue and Panchayati Raj Department” section.
Now on the new page, you have to enter the following information in it:
- District Name
- Name of Tehsil
- Name of village
- Account Number
- Name of applicant
- mobile number
- Dividing number
- Click on the “Click for Digitally Signed Khatauni” button located below.
- The Khatauni will then appear on your screen. You can print it using the screenshot or print button on your computer.
- After clicking, a page will open in front of you. Navigate to the “Revenue and Panchayati Raj Department” section and click on “Copy of Khatauni.”
Then you have to fill the following things in it:
- District Name
- Name of Tehsil
- Name of village
- Account Number
- Name of applicant
- mobile number
- dividing number
Afterward, click on the “Click for Digitally Signed Khatauni” button below, and your Khatauni will be displayed. You can then print it using either the screenshot function or the print button on your computer.
