In the state, when citizens’ land faces encroachment, it may lead to litigation. To check the status of ongoing litigation concerning their land, citizens must follow these procedures:
- First, visit the official website of UP Bhulekh at https://upbhulekh.gov.in/.
- Next, click on the option “Know the dispute status of the plot/gate” provided on the homepage.
- After clicking, a new page will appear in front of you, where you can select your district, tehsil, or village.
- Following that, enter the Gata number / plot number for which you want to check the status of the dispute.
- After entering, click on “GATA Status”.
- You will then be redirected to the “Revenue Court Computerized Management System” portal.

Process To Know The Disputed Status Of Plot/gate Through Rccms Up Portal
If you have a computerized case number, you can check the dispute status of your plot directly through RCCMS portal UP. To do so, follow the steps below:
- First, go to the “Revenue Court Computerized Management System Portal” (RCCMS).
- After that, go to the home page’s “Case Search Method” section and select the “Computerized Case No.” option.
- After that, enter your case number on the new page and select the “Display” option.
If you don’t have your case number, you can still check your plot’s status by selecting “Know the disputed status of the plot/plot” and entering your district, tehsil, village name, and plot number.
